White-label software video production, delivered under your brand.

100+ videos produced for Jotform. 20+ for Knack.

The problem it solves

What this actually fixes.

Clients ask agencies for software video, and the agency either turns the work down or assembles a freelance team for each project: a scriptwriter, an editor, a voice, and someone to manage all three. Margin disappears into coordination. White-label production replaces that with one fixed cost, one point of contact, and a deliverable the agency ships under its own name.

Who needs it

Who this is for.

  • Marketing and content agencies whose SaaS clients keep asking for video.
  • SaaS implementation partners and consultancies delivering rollouts that need training material.
  • Documentation and technical writing firms adding video to an existing retainer.
  • Video studios without a screen-capture and software specialism in house.
  • Product studios and dev shops that ship client software and want the launch video to match.

Where they get used

Every video is made for a placement, not a folder.

We ask where a video will be embedded before we script it, because the placement decides the length, the aspect ratio, and whether it has to work with the sound off.

Client deliverables shipped under your agency's name.

02

Retainer work you already bill for and currently subcontract case by case.

03

Pitches and proposals where video is the line item you cannot currently staff.

04

Implementation and rollout projects that need end-user training material.

05

Your own agency's marketing, produced to the same standard.

Real examples

Work produced in this format.

White-label work ships under our partners' brands, so none of it is published here — that is the arrangement, and we keep it. The production standard is identical to the client work in our portfolio, and we can walk you through unbranded examples under NDA.

What’s included

Everything in the list below is standard.

Nothing here is an upsell. If a deliverable is quoted separately, it is named as an extra on the estimate before you agree to anything.

Production under your brief, with your agency as the single point of contact.
Deliverables with no DocFlow Studio branding, watermark, credit, or metadata.
Your client's brand applied: fonts, colours, logo treatment, intro and outro, lower-thirds.
Scripts delivered for your review before recording, so you approve the work before your client sees it.
Masters, alternate aspect ratios, captions, transcripts, and thumbnails.
Source project files on request, so your team can re-edit without coming back to us.
A mutual NDA and a written no-solicitation commitment covering your clients.

Length and delivery

How long, and how soon.

Typical length
60 seconds to 5 minutes, set by your client's brief rather than a fixed format.
Typical delivery time
About 2–3 weeks per video from an approved script, with rush delivery available at 30% extra.

The clock starts when the script is approved and a recording environment is available. Those two things are what usually move a schedule, so we agree both before quoting a date.

Every project, the same way

The parts that never change.

Four stages, and you are needed for two: your team scopes the list and approves the scripts, then recording, editing, voiceover and revisions happen without your calendar. Human-recorded English narration is the default, synthetic voice is available where re-cuts are frequent, and every video ships with captions, an SRT and a VTT. Two revision rounds are included and you own the finished files outright.

What affects the price

The variables that move a quote.

White-Label Production is quoted per project, because the same runtime can mean very different amounts of work. These are the factors that change the number.

Factors that affect the price of White-Label Software Video Production from DocFlow Studio
FactorHow it moves the price
Volume commitmentpartners with a standing monthly volume are priced below one-off project work.
Brand complexitybuilding a reusable template for a client's brand is a one-time cost that lowers every video after it.
Brief qualitya defined script outline and a staged environment cut production time; discovery from scratch adds it back.
Client accessrecording directly in your client's product is faster than working from footage you supply.
Revision routingan extra approval layer between us, you, and your client adds a cycle and is priced accordingly.
Rush schedulinglaunch-date work is quoted above the standard track.

Ongoing work runs on monthly plans priced in production credits — see monthly SaaS video production plans. For a single video, send the product and the problem and you get back a video list, a recommended length for each, and a fixed price — not a discovery call. Request a fixed quote.

Questions

White-Label Production, answered.

Read all FAQs

Will DocFlow Studio appear anywhere in the deliverable?

No. No watermark, no end card, no credit, and no contact detail. File metadata is cleared before handover. As far as your client's files are concerned, your agency produced the video, which is the entire point of the arrangement.

Can you produce in our client's brand?

Yes. Send the brand kit — fonts, colours, logo files, and any motion guidelines — and we build a reusable template from it. The first video carries the setup cost; every video after that inherits the template, so a recurring client gets cheaper to serve over time.

Do you talk to our clients directly?

Only if you ask us to. The default is that we work through you and your client never has contact with us. Some partners prefer us on technical calls under their brand, and we do that when it is asked for. We never approach your clients ourselves.

How do you handle NDAs and access to a client's product?

We sign your NDA or your client's. Credentials come through whatever secure channel you use, are scoped to the recording work, and are removed from our systems when the project closes. Recordings of a client's product are never used as portfolio material.

Can we set our own retail price?

Yes. Our pricing is a production cost to your agency, not a price list your client sees. What you charge is between you and them, and we have no visibility into it and no opinion about it.

What files do we get, and can our team edit them later?

Masters in the encodes you specify, alternate aspect ratios, caption and transcript files, and thumbnails. Source project files come on request, so your editors can make small changes in-house later without booking a revision round.
