Your ongoing SaaS video team — without hiring one.
Choose a monthly production plan and use your credits for product demos, tutorials, onboarding videos, feature launches, explainers or social adaptations.
We handle product analysis, scripting, screen recording, voiceover, editing, captions and delivery. Your team approves the plan and the script; nobody needs to appear on camera.

The unit
What a credit buys.
Credits exist because a 60-second motion-heavy explainer can take more work than a three-minute tutorial. Pricing by video count would misprice one of them, so the unit is production effort.
One credit
- One product demo, tutorial, onboarding or feature-update video up to three minutes
- One objective, audience and workflow
- Standard motion, captions and English voiceover
Two credits
- One detailed tutorial or walkthrough up to eight minutes
- One 60–90 second explainer requiring advanced custom motion
- A complex multi-feature product demo
Half credit
- One vertical or square adaptation up to 45 seconds, derived from an existing master
- Re-recording and replacing up to 60 seconds of an existing video after a UI change
- An additional captioned or narration-free version
Fully illustrated character animation, 3D, live action, additional languages and videos longer than eight minutes are quoted separately.
Commercial terms
The same on every plan.
- Three-month initial commitment, month-to-month afterward
- Payment at the beginning of each billing period
- Two revision rounds per video
- Revisions stay within the approved script
- Major script or direction changes consume additional credits
- You supply a demo, sandbox or staging account
- Standard production window is approximately 2–3 weeks
- Rush delivery costs 30% extra
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
- Source files available on request
- No filming, no actors, nobody from your team on camera
Only need one video?
One-off projects start at around $1,000–$1,200, quoted per video. Monthly plans are built for teams that genuinely need at least two videos a month — they are not a cheaper way to buy a single one.
How much does a monthly SaaS video production plan cost?
DocFlow Studio's plans are $1,900, $3,500 and $6,400 per month, carrying 2, 4 and 8 production credits. Each plan has a three-month initial commitment and continues month-to-month afterward. A single one-off video is quoted separately, starting at around $1,000.
What is a production credit?
A credit is one unit of production effort. One credit covers a demo, tutorial, onboarding or feature-update video up to three minutes with standard motion, captions and English voiceover. Two credits cover a detailed tutorial up to eight minutes, an advanced 60–90 second explainer, or a complex multi-feature demo. A half credit covers a vertical or square adaptation, or re-recording up to 60 seconds after a UI change.
Why credits instead of a number of videos per month?
Because a 60-second explainer built on heavy custom motion can take more work than a three-minute screen-recorded tutorial. Selling a flat video count would either underprice the hard ones or overprice the simple ones. Credits price the work rather than the file.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Essential, no. On Growth, one unused credit rolls forward for 30 days. On Scale, two roll forward for 30 days. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
How long does a video take?
The standard production window is approximately 2–3 weeks from an approved script, covering recording, editing, captions and two revision rounds. Rush delivery is available at 30% extra.
Do you offer unlimited videos or unlimited revisions?
No, and deliberately. Agencies that advertise unlimited work run a one-request-at-a-time queue, which limits output through throughput instead of scope. This studio produces several videos in parallel, so an unlimited promise would be open-ended. Every plan states its credits and its two revision rounds instead.
What do you need from our team?
A demo, sandbox or staging account, and someone to approve the plan and the script. Nobody needs to appear on camera, and there is no filming or casting at any point.
