Yes. We work inside a real account — a sandbox, demo tenant, or staging environment is ideal. We record the actual interface rather than mocking it, because a tutorial showing screens your users cannot find creates more support tickets than it prevents.
Who owns the finished videos?
You do. Full ownership transfers on final delivery, including source project files on request. You can re-edit, re-host, translate, or repurpose them anywhere without asking us or paying a licence fee.
Does anyone appear on camera?
No. Every video is screen recording plus voiceover, motion graphics, and callouts. Nobody from your team needs to be filmed, scheduled, or made presentable — which is also why the videos stay usable when staff change.
What happens when our UI changes?
Videos built as a library are versioned, so when a screen changes we re-cut the affected segment instead of rebuilding the whole video. Ongoing production plans include a set number of these updates each month.
