The services

Pick the one that matches the problem you have.

Standard on every project

What holds true whichever service you buy.

A script you approve first

Nothing is recorded until the script is signed off. Accuracy is cheapest to fix as a sentence and most expensive to fix as a finished cut.

Recorded in your real product

We capture the actual interface, not a mockup. A video showing screens your users cannot find creates more tickets than it prevents.

Nobody on camera

Screen recording, voiceover, motion graphics, and callouts. No shoot to schedule, and nothing that dates when staff change.

Captions and transcripts

Burned-in captions plus SRT and VTT files, and a transcript per video — the indexable text that makes a video page findable.

Your branding, applied properly

Fonts, colours, logo treatment, intro and outro, lower-thirds. Built once as a template, reused across everything after it.

Delivered ready to publish

The encodes, aspect ratios, and thumbnails your hosting actually needs — not one master file you have to convert yourself.

Ownership and revisions

You own everything on delivery.

  • You own the finished videos outright. Full rights transfer on final delivery, with no licence period and no usage fee.
  • Source project files, project assets, and the scripts are handed over on request, so another editor can pick the work up later.
  • Two rounds of revisions are included on every video, taken after the first cut.
  • Revisions requested after final delivery, or that change the approved script, are quoted as new work.
  • Recording credentials are used only for the agreed production and removed from our systems when the project closes.

Questions

Choosing and scoping the work.

Read all FAQs

Which video type should we start with?

Start where the cost is already being paid. If support is answering the same question every week, start with tutorials or video documentation. If new accounts stall before their first result, start with onboarding. If prospects book calls just to find out what the product does, start with a demo.

Can you combine services in one project?

Yes, and most projects do. A launch usually needs a demo for the marketing site and two or three tutorials for the help center, produced together so they share a template, a voice, and a brand treatment. Combining them also lowers the per-video cost, because setup happens once.

Do you work on retainer or per project?

Both. One-off projects are quoted as a fixed price against an agreed video list. Teams shipping regularly move to a monthly plan with a set number of new videos and a set number of updates to existing ones, which is how video libraries stay accurate.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to a recording environment, a list of the tasks or use cases you want covered, and one person who can approve scripts. Your brand assets if you have them. That is enough to produce a scoped plan with a fixed price.

Do you work with products outside SaaS?

The work is screen-based, so it fits any software with an interface — internal tools, developer platforms, AI products, marketplaces, and desktop applications included. What does not fit is anything requiring a camera crew, a physical product, or people on screen.

Not sure which one you need? Describe the problem.

Send us the product and what your users get stuck on. You get back a video list, the right format for each, and what it costs — not a discovery call.
